PROFILE
My name is Julian Henderson and I'm a multi-skilled Graphic Artist (TV/FILM), Graphic Designer and Illustrator. Graduating with a BA in Design & Visual Communications in 2010, I've spent over a decade refining my craft and expanding my skillset. In late 2019 I took the plunge into full-time freelance and I've never looked back.
My skillset, experience and industry connections have proved invaluable in my work on TV and Film projects, most recently on productions for Netflix (Interceptor 2022), Stan/BBC (The Tourist 2022) and Amazon Prime (Class of '07 2022).
AVAILABILITY

BACKGROUND
I have worked for large companies as a graphic designer, smaller start-ups as an illustrator and print-maker and freelanced for a wide range of clients everywhere in-between. I graduated with a BA in Design & Visual Communications back in 2010. I've been working in the creative industry ever since.
I also understand the printing and production processes better than most designers as I've also worked as a commercial printer for two bespoke print studios, The Distillery and Carbon8. I understand how to make things out of paper and acrylic, I enjoy wood working and have years of experience in laser cutting and prototyping.
HOW I WORK
Whether I'm nestled into the middle of a team working as a freelance designer, lending my experience in print design or illustration, or taking the reins and producing work from start to finish as a one man studio.
I practice user-centred design and believe in design based on research and prototyping, to meet my client needs and to reach their market.
